Deposit

Withdrawal

Withdrawals for members who have completed KYC are processed within 5 minutes for most methods. Withdrawals to local bank accounts typically arrive within 30 minutes. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer for security verification purposes — after that, subsequent withdrawals are faster.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your VIP level — starting from RM5,000 per day for regular members up to RM100,000 per day for Diamond VIP members. Higher-tier VIP members also enjoy prioritised withdrawal processing.

Withdrawals may be rejected or delayed for several reasons: (1) KYC not completed or information is incomplete, (2) bonus rollover requirements not yet met, (3) bank account details do not match the a9ply account holder's name, or (4) suspicious activity requiring additional security review. No. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — the same name as your a9ply account. This is a strict security policy to prevent fraud and money laundering. Any withdrawal attempt to a third-party account will be automatically rejected.

New a9ply members are eligible for a welcome bonus package that includes a first deposit bonus of up to 150%, plus RM50 in free credits upon full account verification. Rollover requirements mean you need to place a certain total in bets before you can withdraw bonus funds. Your VIP tier is maintained as long as you play at least once within any 90-day period. VIP tiers are reviewed every 3 months.
